- Is my data isolated from other properties?
- Yes, completely. Every property on Roomefy gets its own dedicated data store and its own dedicated compute environment. Your data is fully isolated in its own environment — architecturally separate, not a configuration flag.
- Can you help us migrate from our current PMS?
- Yes. An AI migration assistant is on the roadmap. In the meantime, founding customers get hands-on help with data migration directly from the team. Bring a CSV export or a screen recording of your current system and we'll work through it with you.
- Is Roomefy compliant with Australian GST?
- Yes. GST is baked in from day one, not bolted on as an afterthought. The tax engine calculates GST-inclusive and GST-exclusive amounts correctly, prints compliant tax invoices, and defaults to AUD, ACST, and dd/mm/yyyy throughout. No configuration required.
- What kind of support do I get?
- Email support for all plans, with a response target of one business day. Founding customers get direct access to the founder, not a support ticketing system. If something isn't working, you hear from a person who built it.
- When does billing start?
- We're in early access and billing is not yet live. No card is required and no charges will occur during this period. When billing opens, founding customers will have their rate locked in and we'll give clear notice before any charge is made.
