Roomefy is currently available on an invitation-only, early access basis. By using Roomefy during this period, you agree to the following interim terms:

• No billing during early access. Billing is not yet live. No charges will be made during this period. We will give clear notice — and a reasonable opt-out window — before any billing period begins.
• Service is provided as-is. Roomefy is in active development. Features may change. We will communicate significant changes before they ship.
• Your data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your property or guest data. You can request an export or deletion at any time.
• Australian law applies. These terms and any dispute arising from your use of Roomefy are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

Full Terms of Service — including acceptable use, service-level commitments, account suspension, intellectual property, and limitation of liability — will be published here before Roomefy opens to the public.
